Thornfield provides worldwide shipping. We are dedicated to ensuring your selected pieces reach you in a timely and secure manner, regardless of your destination.
1. Order Processing
Every order is handled with the utmost care. Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be specified during the checkout process. You will receive an automated confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your parcel and the destination country. European Union: estimated delivery within 3-8 business days. International (Worldwide): estimated delivery within 5-15 business days (delays due to local customs may occur). Complimentary Shipping: we offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding €150.00 (or equivalent in your local currency) for eligible regions.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. This allows you to follow your package's journey in real-time. If you do not receive this information within 4 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, please be aware that Thornfield is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are typically collected at the time of delivery.
5. Important Delivery Notes
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as external factors like weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance are beyond our control. We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your tracking details, and we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
