At Thornfield, we strive for timeless excellence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to assisting you with a seamless return or exchange process.
1. Returns and Refunds
You may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To maintain our quality standards, please ensure that: the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition; all original tags and packaging remain intact. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at help@thornfieldco.com with your order number.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after the returned item arrives at our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Thornfield error (incorrect or defective item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise for a specific error on our part.
3. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: personalized or custom-made products; gift cards and digital downloads; items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs incurred.
